Up-cycled
Obi Cushions
Providing a new stage for vintage silk Japanese Obis.
Each cushion is carefully upcycled by hand, giving their rich craftsmanship and elegance to a new home.
Woven in Japan with silver metallic thread, this cushion began life as a vintage silk Obi - the ceremonial sash worn with a Kimono.
It's been carefully rebuilt into a piece your home can live with, where the light catches the brocade differently by the hour.
The motif is a wave - for centuries it has stood for good fortune and prosperity
This is a one-of-a-kind piece. Once it's gone, this exact pattern won't be repeated.
Specifications
