Obi Runners
Providing a new stage for vintage silk Japanese Obis.
Each runner is carefully selected, with their rich craftsmanship and vibrant patterns immediately blending into the space it inhabits.
Woven in Japan with silver metallic thread, this unused vintage Nishijin silk Obi with the original seal, can be a table or wall runner for your home, where the light catches the brocade differently by the hour.
It is 440cm/173in long, with 115cm/45in of blank area.
The chrysanthemum on this Obi are both centuries-old motifs in Japanese design - longevity.
As each Obi is uniquely patterned, no two runners are ever quite the same. This exact piece won't be repeated.
*Please note that it is discounted due to the stains and spots which can be seen on the images.
SpecificationsBecause each Obi is a vintage, one-of-a-kind piece, we're generally unable to accept returns. But we are always here if you have questions before you buy.
If something arrives that genuinely doesn't match the images and/or description, please reach out and we'll make it right.
More information can be found on our Return Policy page.
